At Western Sizzlin located in Athens, TN, we pride ourselves on serving the finest cuts of steak. We've been serving up delicious Flamekist Steaks, cut in house by our exceptional butchers, since 1978. Our steaks are seasoned with our secret Gold Dust and simultaneously grilled on both the top and bottom to lock in the juices and flavor,  creating a juicy, seared finish.
